Conversation with Bradley Blaine, excellent service, no pressure in signing up to anything without reading info first. Answered lots of questions I had to hand. Felt at ease talking to him and explained every question I had with great detail. Didn’t get back on the day we discussed, but made sure he got back the following day without fail. First of all I do not usually accept calls from numbers I do not know. Straight away Bradley made the call easy and got to the point considering I told him I was at work, he made everything clear I did not feel pressured, and he also had an accommodating tone.

James was very helpful, went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the cover I wanted/needed and that I understood what I was getting. None of my back and fourth was too much and he always had the answers to any of my questions. Highly recommend.

The customer advisor James was very friendly, polite, helpful and informative and managed to get my policy sorted out very quickly.
The senior consultant Oscar was equally as friendly, helpful, informative and polite.
Overall, a simple, easy process and a pleasure chatting to two lovely people.
