Life Fit Wellness Avis

New customer and received a considered assessment of a recurrence of an old back injury. Advice and exercises provided.
Located in Weir Street turn right dont go around the block.

Consultation was clear and thorough

Excellent service, very friendly staff

I attended my appointment at life fit wellness for an ultra sound scan and was made welcome on my arrival by the reception team. My appointment was right on time. I had my scan and was examined by a very nice helpful guy who informed my that I needed some physio on the injury. He gave me advice about the exercises needed. The whole experience was pleasant and at this time I am doing the exercises given.
Many thanks to everyone who helped my on the day.

Stewart was outstanding. Scanned and treated my knee and is the best it has been in years.
Followed up to see how I was progressing and provided exercises to help the recovery.

My over arching view on my experience of dealing with the employees I have come into contact with -:

1. Receptionist very proficient and polite.
2. Stefan the physiotherapist I have been fortunate to have treating me is a consummate professional, and an asset to the company in my opinion.

Brilliant expertise with every step explained. Thanks

First visit here through recommendations and I certainly wasn't disappointed.
The professionalism of Stewart was amazing and explained everything from start to finish.
Still not fully recovered but Stewart has touch base with me and will follow up on his return from holiday. Lynn

Very happy. Had acupuncture twice and seems to be helping.

Great service and everything explained in detail.
Highly recommend

Relaxed atmosphere and very professional.
A very thorough examination led to my problem being resolved.
I would highly recommend Stewart for his after care.

Stephen was excellent during the whole process.

Having had steroid injections yrs ago via NHS, the experience I’ve had today so exceptional.
Both Emmet and Steven were fantastic and really took time attention to make sure nothing was missed.
Couldn’t recommend them enough and I’ll certainly be re-booking in the future. Fantastic service by 2 lovely professionals.

Cannot praise their physiotherapy services highly enough.

Returned my son to fitness post a major injury. Good humour, sound advice, and excellent follow up.

Just had sports massage from John Hesketh for back muscle pain and it was fantastic. I feel million times better after it - will definitely be back again

Great service and very professional, my husband had been in considerable pain for many months. He got tailored scans and the injection provided instant relief, he also got exercises to do at home

Great service from a friendly and knowledgeable team. I went with a sore elbow - the first thing they did was put my mind at rest that it wasn't more serious, and then they set about fixing it. I walked out with more hope - and crucially, less pain!

Very good service, quick appointment and impressed with Mhairi, she was very professional and friendly and made the experience a good one.
Would not hesitate in returning if i ever need.

We were able to book an appointment very easily, straightforward booking service. Very professional service from all staff at the practice.

I had a great experience with a very knowledgeable practitioner who listened to me and suggested a treatment plan that was manageable and sustainable. I would highly recommend them.
