The bread I received was mouldy. I attempted to contact the company, but unfortunately nobody got back to me.

The bread and pumpkin butter i ordered…
The bread and pumpkin butter i ordered were delicious and well packaged. There was an issue with delivery in that it was left behind a my bin but with no note through the door, which meant that it spent a couple of days of its shelf life in the heat until i found it on bin day. More an issue with Royal Mail but dropped a couple of stars none the less.

However, it seems there was a slight plot twist in the delivery saga, courtesy of our friends at Royal Mail. Indeed, a stealthy manoeuvre resulted in your order embarking on an impromptu hideaway behind your bin, sans the customary note, leading to an unforeseen outdoor sojourn until bin day revealed the hidden treasure. Not exactly the treasure hunt one anticipates, is it?
While we take great pride in crafting deliciousness, we unfortunately don't extend our expertise to the postal realm, and thus, the elusive delivery tactics of Royal Mail are beyond our control. Yet, we can't help but chuckle at the thought of our products going on such an unexpected journey.
All jests aside, we genuinely regret any inconvenience this may have caused and the impact it had on your Lifeforce Organics experience. Our bread and pumpkin butter, had they the gift of gab, would surely express their dismay at not making your acquaintance sooner.
We're all about ensuring your experience with us is as delightful as our treats (with perhaps a dash of humour for good measure). Should you decide to grace us with the opportunity to serve you again, we'll make a point of advising our courier partners to forgo any future escapades involving your bin.

Nice ones
In my precious order, the activated almonds didn't feel fresh. This time, they are very very nice and crunchy, as I like them. I can taste the difference.
And delivery is fast as usual.

Lovely Dandelion Coffee
