No Customer Service Response
Ordered two lamps, one arrived broken, I completed the required form online 2 weeks ago and no response except to say they would get back to me in 48hrs and I shouldn’t chase them as it would put me to the back of the queue if I did!!

The price is what led me to purchase the lights delivery was very fast and I was informed all the time and when the product came it is a good quality and was easy to fit but they could do with marking which end the fitting is for the electric other than that everything has been brilliant

I’m trying to return an item and they sent the initial email saying they had acknowledged my return and that was 8.10.26 .
Still no info on how to return despite asking for again on 19th and 20th oh and 25th Aug .

Return address could not be found by Royal Mail !
Ordered 4 up down lights but the wrong colour was delivered. After a phone call and many emails I was sent a return address . Sent the parcel at a cost of £9.05 and the address does not exist . Now no reply from customer service.

Not the best communication but the produce seems to be good. I like the fact you don’t have a separate transformer that the unit just needs to have a 240 supply no messing around finding somewhere to mount additional components
