Light My House Ltd Avis 45

I ordered a ceiling light and 2 wall lights from Light My House. The ceiling light had to be assembled and unfortunately one of the fittings wasn't quite right, and couldn't be fixed at home. I contacted the company and the customer experience was excellent. I had direct communication with one of the team via email and a replacement was with me without any fuss.

I would 100% recommend Light My House, and I know the lights are going to look fabulous.

'Having received my lights, there was a slight damage on it, so I got in touch with Shazia, the Customer Service Manager. She was quick to respond even on a Sunday and was super helpful. She offered me a few alternative resolutions. Unfortunately I was able to pick an alternative in time for the shoot I was doing and Shazia ensured I received a returns label and wasted no time in refunding me in full without any issues at all. Although It was unfortunate that my item had a slight dent in it (probably caused in transit), the overall quality was very good, delivery was quick and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely be shopping with Light my Home again.
