Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service, the light I ordered was delayed and I was offered a refund instead of waiting. When I asked to get the refund as they had offered, I was told no because they had in fact handed it over to their shipping company and that if I wanted to get my refund, I have to organise a return myself despite the fact I haven’t even received it yet. Awful customer care and extremely poor business practices, Avoid them at all costs and order else where to save yourself chasing your orders and a refund. To make matters worse, they hadn’t processed the payment from my bank in time which was reverted to my bank and then days later, they processed the transaction again without my knowledge.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration regarding the delay and the cancellation of your order.
We would like to clarify that an order can be cancelled and refunded as long as it has not yet been processed by our warehouse.
Once an order has entered the packing process or has been dispatched, it is unfortunately no longer technically possible to cancel it.
The standard procedure here is to receive the order first and then register a return through our return portal. There, you can select the reason for the return and choose whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement.
Regarding the payment, the amount is initially only authorised or reserved on your card when the order is placed.
The payment is only captured once the order is dispatched.
If the original authorisation expires before this happens, the reserved amount is automatically released by your bank.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet the level of service we aim to provide and we apologise for any inconvenience.

Broken glass pendants delivered
Ordered two glass pendant lights, both arrived broken. Returned both for replacement. One of the two lights again was delivered broken this morning.

I was very disappointed
I was very disappointed. The quality of the plastic they're made of is very poor, for the large light with the wood look even handling it from the box it kept crushing in . For 115 euro I expected them to at least hold their shape. I definitely wouldn't order again or recommend anyone I know to either. I didn't return as it would only cost me more money . It's a pity as your pictures on the website looks fabulous.

Highly recommended!
Really happy with my experience with Lights.ie. The shipment didn’t take too long, and the product arrived in pristine condition and very well packaged.

Came with a two pin plug with an extra…
Came with a two pin plug with an extra piece ( no idea how to use) that is required to be attached so that I can use the lamp. I am not an electrician so will have to pay out to get one. A bit sneaky really so would not purchase from them again simply for this added work and expense. In the meantime, I bought a two to three pin adaptor....more money! What's the point in selling 2 pin plugs on devices in countries that will require adjustments.
