Products were good, delivery OK, but packing very poor. Items just thrown into a bigger box with little packing around them. Box came taped up by courier.

The light I purchased was defective
The light I purchased was defective. The bulbs were impossible to insert even though I brought them to two specialized light shops and these bulbs were purchased as part of the order. When I try to phone you the number you gave said it was no longer operational. I am still waiting for a full refund

Light can easily be slipped off plastic holding bar and stolen.
Instructions are pathetic and seem to be written by an infant.

Poor service overall
Poor service overall, very disappointing. I ordered two lamps.
1. Order was over two weeks late
2. One lamp was damaged and the quality wasnt great for the price paid.
3. The adpaters that came with the lamps do not fit.
I sent an email with above and have had no reply from since.

They think I’m trying to diddle them!
It’s a three bulb lamp. I ordered three bulbs and you decided to only send me two! I have to sign a legal declaration to say I’m not fiddling you before you will send the missing bulb. It’s worth under €3. Your company thinks I would lie to gain a bulb. How ridiculous!! Just send the bulb and stop bothering me with feedback forms!
I have now had an AI reply that requires I adhere to the process! No human involved! Just try sending the €3 bulb?

Out of stock item
First I bought a different colour of the same lamp. A few days later I received an email saying that that lamp was out of stock returning months after. I emailed them and asked to cancel. They cancelled the order. Then I bought another color of the same lamp which arrived perfectly. I wish the customer service had proactively offered in exchange the other colour in the first place, I'd have accepted. I dont think they should be advertising products that are actually out of stock. Took me long to choose and I was very disappointed when item wasnt actually available.
