The lights are exactly what we wanted. Really happy with them. Really good quality for the price Delivered promptly

So far the experience is not very good since we contacted the Company to return the item as it does not suit our needs. The light is very nice but just not exactly what we are looking for. So far no response to our request for the return code etc.

Good product. Delivered in the time stated. Decent price.

Horrible customer service. Received the wrong (massive) order mislabelled. My order unaccounted for.

Told they would not send me a replacement until I myself returned two 80x50x50 boxes to the post office myself. Said their courier would not collect them as they were too small (despite delivery said boxes without issue).

Advised them I have mobility problems and no car and told to walk, to the post office, twice, with one box weighing 11kg. This is not only bad customer service but against consumer law.

Had to go through my card company for refund. Left with two massive boxes of things not needed. Would be wasteful to throw them out but I have no other real option.

I usually buy my lights anyway time i need a refresh from Lights.ie. Online purchase process is seamless and delivering is always quick. And of course the quality of the products has never disappointed me.

I never received my product

Second time dealing with this company and I have no reservations about how highly recommended they are. Encountered no problems at all and they are certainly on top of their game.

Don't buy from here! Items very cheap looking for the money that you pay.
Buy better things on Amazon for way less.
Items damaged in transit do to poor packing.
DO NOT RECOMEND!!

I have purchased several Lindby ceiling lights from lights.ie. Recently one we purchased 10 months ago stopped working. The company made the return easy and straightforward and agreed to replace our light without difficulty. Customer service was top notch.

we ordered the lights on line and were waiting on delivery. Sometime later we got a mail to say we were getting a refund. When we looked into the matter - Lights advised that the lights had been damaged in transit and that we would have to go through the order process again. A most peculiar solution - we would have expected lights just to reissue the order

Great choice good information delivery on time excellent and product looks great.

I bought two ceiling fans and two wall switches. One of the fans was damaged and was obviously a previous return. This was replaced without any issues.
The wall switches were unsuitable for my home wiring. these were returned and refunded in full, no issues.
One star was deducted because of the condition of one of the ceiling fans shipped.

The lumen of cool white light is not correct as shared in description. It's very low. Can't change it now as I had electrician at home and had to get the job done.

5 STARS. My Electrition told me to order the lights here. He said I wouldn’t get them at a better price! Orders 8 lantern lights 2 with motion sensors. Also 16 great quality LED bulbs all for €380. Delivery came in 5 days. All lamps had glass and arrived perfectly. All because obviously these people know what they are doing. Lights are all fitted and are very high quality. Very very impressive. 👌Delivery perfect, product perfect, quality perfect. 🤩
