Converting my fluorescent bulbs to LED

Converting my fluorescent bulbs to LED, Lightup has the best prices, by far! Good quality bulbs, fantastic packaging. I received an email stating they were cancelling my order so I had to call in to verify the purchase. That process added 6 days to the order. Customer service helped get me instructions and I was able to do the retrofit in about 15 minutes. Very happy!

Took over 2 months to receive my order…

Took over 2 months to receive my order which is now to late to use for the project they was supposed to be used for. Any type of updates or information would’ve been helpful.

Light was delivered quickly

Light was delivered quickly. Product was fine but I measured wrong. Contacted customer service and they were very pleasant and professional and solved my issue right away.

Bad Service

I ordered 2 hazardous location light fixtures, 1 fixture arrived with a broken glass and 1 didn't work. After 11 days I got no response regarding the broken glass but was given a Refund for the defective fixture. My first experience with them didn't go well, will I try again probably not.

Very happy with the product

Very happy with the product. Delivery was fast. But box was slightly damaged during shipping. But contents checked out fine. They left it by the back door where it could have rained on it. When they could have carried it around to the front of the house and put it on the front porch which was covered. Your delivery service needs a little work but that is not your fault.

I needed an unusual light bulb and ordered from Lightup.com. I received my bulb in short order. I'm satisfied with Lightup.com and will probably order from them again if the occasion arises.
