Customer Service

Placed an order on 11/13 for 20 LED UFO high bay lights and have not received them yet. Customer service not very helpful in tracking order.

My kids gave me the Christmas lights for the flag pole and 1 wire pulled out of the distributor and you replaced it free of charge. Thank you very much keep up the great customer service. I will recommend you too any that asks.

I need to change the order from single…

I need to change the order from single ended lamps to double ended. I was told that it could not be done because the order was on its way already. I was told that I was going to get a return order but I never received it.

Didn't start trying to send until..…..

These are exactly what I was looking…

These are exactly what I was looking for: A bright warm white LED that was dimmable. The pattern is between a flood and a tight spot pattern, which still works okay. The dimming capability is impressive and very linear, even at the lowest light level.

This flag made of LED lights is…

This flag made of LED lights is terrific. I live in an apartment, and I have it taped to a window so people from the outside can see the flag lit up. It’s lit up from about 8:30 in the morning till midnight. It's in my bedroom so I don't like the lights on, I'm trying to sleep. At my previous residency, I had a flag flying 24 hours a day with the proper lighting at night. I believe in America, and I love to show my colors by the red white, and blue.
