We ordered a ballast and received a notice that it was delivered while we were closed for holidays. When we got back to office and verified the item was not delivered. Called Lightup and they sent one probably overnight delivery. A couple of days later we received the missing ballaast.

I thought the shipping cost was pricey until I saw how well the product was packaged. Product arrived safely and works like it should. The prongs on the ends of the LED tubes even had protective plastic caps on them.

They sent an email stating that my order was delivered. When I emailed them for shipping information they canceled my order. Not good business will not order or recommend them.

I've ordered multiple times through lightup.com; their pricing is fair, the speed to deliver is great, and their products are quality. Also if a light is defective they take care of getting a replacement shipped out.

I've also had the opportunity to work with one of their direct salesmen and that experience was fantastic.

Once product was ordered, it was delivered as promised without any hitches. The motion lights are great and perform nicely. If I had to change anything it would be to add an option of 3 lengths of time that the fixture stays lit. 20 seconds can be a bit short. I would have a 30, 60, 90 second option button.

Excellent product. Well packaged. Be glad to get rid of ballasts.
