I made a purchase of £9.99 as a one off then I was charged £49.99 a couple of weeks later. I hadn't even noticed it but my Credit Card company contacted me to query it. Payment was stopped and a fraud case opened. Another one of many scammers! Usually on Facebook ads.

100% scam, just read it is the same story with other customer, luckily i used a one time card to avoid additional charges.
customer service is pathetic they dont even know if there product is vegan friendly or not and always gives stupid answers.
they are trying to get more money from my account but and saying if i want to cancel i need to return the free sample, for which i paid the shipping charges.

I watched the video for it must have been at least 15 min and at the end Chris said we are giving it free you just have to pay postage. Well I paid £9.95 which I thought was extortionate for postage but as I was getting the supplement freeI didn't worry to much. The credit card supplier informed me it was for a subscription! That night I received a txt from them and they wanted £59 per bottle and now they won't answer me! It's a scam and ChrisWhittle and the news presenter (Any Questions) should both be ashamed. I did receive my "free" bottle of blood pressure pills, thank you. Having only talen 3 I cannot comment if they work or not but I will not be purchasing them at almost £60pm. I'll stick with the NHS for free.

I decided to go ahead and give a try for a free bottle for which I had to pay the shipment only; after 12 days they took money from my card without authorization. I called the number provided in the confirmation email but they refused to give me the money back saying that I need to return the product.... which by the way I have not received. I called a few times and every time they told me that are in different locations but it was actually the same voice. TOTAL SCAM!!!!
27.01/2025 Their response to my review makes me laugh especially after I wrote to the same email they indicated in the response, about this and their answer was that they will refund the money after I return the product.......which by the way still did not received and will probably never receive. Do not let yourselves fooled by their replies to the reviews they only try to make it look like they care but they are not for real. I believe they only try to get more people to fall into this scam. Avoid !!!!!

I ordered a free sample which cost £12’99 shipping 20 minutes later on my email I see £47’95 🤔 I called they tried to scam me and when I said cancel my order they charged me .£12’99 shipping cost even I had cancelled and they didn’t have to ship oh she said from a scrip it’s terms and conditions which I didn’t see posted …,be careful American based company scamming !!!! Up date they replied and said we’re sorry and if you contact us we will refund….done that last week and no reply just another scam to make people think they are a good company scammed a second time !!!

Scam, do not order from this business
You could improve by NOT automatically resending your useless product and making it very difficult to return it. Apple express does not respond. Close the doors on this business. Total scam. Months long effort to stop sending packages.... but still charging my credit card.
