I enjoy the shirts and the sweatshirts. I will say that they do run small so just to be on the safe side I would order up a size I normally wear a medium the large was sold out on what I am re-buying and went to an extra large, so hopefully that won’t be too big and I gave my neighbor the medium and she’s a little lady.

EXPENSIVE Shipping Rates!

Buying is easy... NOT so much for Shipping !!

I'm from Canada and having an option to have products delivered using Canada Post and at CHEAPER RATES would be welcomed... particularly considering the fact hat US vs Canadian exchange rates are outrageously prohibitive and challenge the reasoning to buy from your site!!

Customer support listened

When I advised the shipping cost was prohibitive to ordering, I received an e-mail that if I took a survey, I would get a $10 coupon which would cover the cost. I took the survey, received the $10 off and ordered the t-shirt I wanted.

The ease of ordering

The ease of ordering, and you discounts. There was only one thing that I was disappointed in and that was 10 mins after I ordered I saw an additional T-Shirt that I really wanted. So I went onto your Live Chat. And although the customer service agent, Sophia, who was very responsive told me that I could not add anything once the order was placed. And for one T-Shirt it was not worth it to place another order where I would have to pay for shipping. My original order was $96.

Well Categorized. Easy to fine what your looking for. If you're going to offer a free gift, offer something people might want. Otherwise, it's like a free toy in a cereal box, only small kids want them.

It's pretty easy

It's pretty easy, but if an item is accidentally clicked on, you're taken back to the top of the page when you go back. It's kinda annoying.

Never ordering from them again.

They definitely have some fun shirts, etc., but the customer service is terrible. Ordered a shirt for my wife but it was too large. They would not exchange it unless I paid for shipping the item back to China and paid for shipping of the new, smaller shirt back to our home. Additionally, it took several weeks to receive the item. I've ordered other items through this company and the quality is not great, but it is OK. In the end, the fun sayings and numerous styles just are not worth dealing with such a poor level of service and customer care. Never ordering from them again.

I love the selection and quality of…

I love the selection and quality of your shirts. My only frustration with your cite is your specials that do not automatically transfer to checkout, so when you qualify for say free shipping, it does not automatically give you that benefit.
