Excellent value for money and great installation

Great service from start to finish, install finished yesterday . Kenny the chap who did the install was first class.

The delivery lady was very professional and friendly. She phoned before arriving which allowed us to be prepared and was very accommodating. Thank you.

I have held off writing a review for so long partly because we really hoped that after initial installation during the summer of 2020, the problems we have had with a swollen door, would have finally been resolved. We were hoping not to jump in with any negativity until we had given a fair chance, and time, for remedial action.
First the positives. There are a few! Fantastic experience during the sales, booking of delivery and installation. The guy who came to put it up, did so efficiently and was incredibly tidy. He worked like a horse! We were informed by the company of all the extra details regarding recommendations for paint to protect the unit / adjustments which may need making (as we know wood does naturally move) and we were requested to get the painting completed within the time period, to ensure validity of the warranty.
Any questions, and there were a few from us (wanting to make sure we had everything correct as recommended) were answered very quickly. We decided not to paint around the interior door and window frames with the same colour used externally, instead choosing a natural colour treatment, as recommended by them. We couldn't have covered our backsides anymore than we did.
First issue arose in the autumn, due to movement of the wood but we had instructions to adjust the doors, which indeed helped - for a short period. We were thoroughly happy with the cabin but found by winter of that year, we were unable to lock the doors.
Numerous emails been passed between us, and their response was pretty much standard, suggesting we had not treated the inside of the cabin. Just by the photos, they said we hadn't treated internally. Although in a natural finish, we absolutely had - making sure it was completed within the 7 days of installation, as advised, with their recommendations (as clearly written on our warranty)
At no point would anyone actually come out and see the problem in situ. We were often referred back to the explanation of wood being a natural product, etc etc...
By this point, we have now only been able to lock out cabin securely for about half of the time we had owned it.
Fast forward to Sept 2021, we FINALLY had someone come out to take a look. Really helpful guy. He had to make some adjustments to the doors, adding more nails to secure the frame as he explained their wasn't originally enough put in, given the weight of the glazed doors.
He could clearly see we had indeed treated the timber frames inside.
Once he left, we had about 6 weeks of being able to close our door - it felt like a novelty, being able to sit inside, without the door flying open! As we hit November, we started to experience the familiar problem of the door not locking, and despite adjustments made per instructions, it eventually stopped closing altogether.
We currently have a garden chair against the door, to keep the unit closed off to the elements. It certainly is not secure so useless as an office.
We are so disappointed in how this has turned out. We have reached out again but have got so fed up.
We were so relieved to finally have someone come out and take a look at the cabin in sept, after more than a year! It felt like quite a result and I actually recommended this company to others 🙄
We are now in a position where we have asked an independent tradesman who deals in garden rooms and offices, to give us his opinion on what is going wrong. If anything to confirm that we have done everything we could have done. We have a beautiful looking cabin in our garden, which currently is completely rendered useless due to the defect door. It actaully makes me quite sad to see it everyday and not being using it as intended. I was so hoping to give Lillevilla a 5 star review. The 3 stars are absolutely worth it for the look, installation and paint. The aftersales have really key it down sadly. At times it felt like we were being completely ignored or dismissed. I'm not sure what the resolution is as we're currently following it up - again!
I refuse to have a 5 and half grand cabin in my garden that isn't fit for purpose for 8 months out of the year.

Lillevilla Cabins were a joy to behold. Changes to my order and my request to a design change were handled both professionally and quickly. It was nice to ring the company up and talk to real people directly and who also promptly called back if required.

All the information you need is supplied; building plans, instructions for a DIY installation (if you take this route) and even the measurements and materials needed for the base construction.

The delivery driver was on time and courteous and the installers,John, Nathan & Tom were very courteous, efficient and helpful.

I would highly recommend this company if you are in the market for this type of structure.

The cabin kit was delivered on time and the team arrived early the next day to begin assembly.
The guys were very friendly, professional and did a fantastic job.
We’re really happy with the quality and style of the cabin and would certainly recommend Lillevilla to anyone.

The delivery driver was friendly and efficient.
The construction crew were brilliant, seem to no time to move what seemed to be a flat pack and turn it into a magnificent summer house.
The reason I have not given 5 stars is because one of the doors in the flat pack was incorrect. Within a few days a fitter arrived to fix a new door.

From enquiries , payments , delivery &’installation . Very pleased with the end result (although the silicone work on the windows was messy in places - we had to remove some of it as it had been smeared across it )

Fitters Jimmy and jay, extremely knowledgeable, very tidy when assembling our lillevilla 340. Gave me a run down on where to seal after painting, highlighting area’s commonly missed when painting.
Demonstration on how to adjust the windows and doors.
Confirmed placement of cabin prior to build, confirmed again once started to ensure placement was correct.

Cabin seems ok but overall I was disappointed with the whole process. If you want “fit and forget” this isn’t for you! Quite a lot needs to be done after installation to enable the warranty and lots of rubbish left behind after the installation for you to dispose of.
I hope the unit stands the test of time to justify the outlay.

I was initially very pleased with the delivery and installation of our large 7.4 MTR shed but the door was warped when installed but I hoped it would settle. We rang the company on day 2 and the smooth salesman assured us it would straighten out. It did not. The shed instructions state it must be painted inside 7 days which we did under difficult circumstances, but we did seal the double doors with wood sealant anyway as we reasonably expected to have door replaced on what is a £10.000.00 building after all. We were appalled to discover the company was not interested in sorting the problem and hid behind the BS excuse of saying we did not paint it inside the 7 days. A very poor attitude considering it cost 10 thousand pounds. A case of ruining a ship for a hap'eth of tar I feel. The shed is good but shows low moral fibre and I would sadly not now recommend this company for its low moral compass BS and appalling lack of after care. We cannot lock the door and as it does not seal I fear winter will wreak havok on the shed and contents. The experience rather smacked of "del boy " morals.
I am hoping by making people aware of the shady tactics it will cost them more than the cost of a chippy or a new door. As ye sow - so shall ye reep.

We are really pleased with our Lillevilla Kenny has done a great job building it, we have had great service from start to finish would highly recommend!!

From ordering to being put up this has been from ordering to installation,fantastic , a real honest and professional company Lillevilla is up there with the best . I just Carnt stop looking out the window at my Lovley cabin. The fitters were brilliant and tidied up afterwards, thankyou so much Lillevilla. And the quality of wood is outstanding, anybody thinking of buying one of these cabins , go for it you will not regret it.

We are still waiting for the arrival of our Log Cabin from Lillevilla but have been assured it will be delivered at the end of this month in accordance with our agreement and erected the following day.

Thus far all our communications with the company have been dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Ordered my paint for the new log cabin and the website was easy to use and the paint arrived promptly. Would use them again.
