Very disappointed in the so called bouquet delivered to my son's Nana for Mother's Day. Believed we were getting the bunch in the picture and when we complained was told no you received the deluxe so here is 6 dollars back. Someone pls tell me how this $100+ delivery on Mother's Day ended up being five short stem flowers thrown together with no care. Will never ever go through this site again.

My order was not delivered on the day I selected and paid for. No phone call and I still dont dont if they have been delivered. More communication is needed and I feel I should have a full refund as there is a guarantee for same day delivery. This was a sympathy gift and I could have used another company had I known lily's could not handle the job on the day required.

This florist advertises bouquets that when you send them they have 75% filler flowers Ana maybe 2-4 actual flowers you can see. $150 later for something that doesn’t even have $150 worth of flowers in it. Sorely disappointed. Looks nothing like the photo shows e.g. the amount of actual flowers.
Late delivery for flowers ordered 2 days earlier
The flowers l ordered weren't delivered until 6.30pm. It was for my mother-in-laws 90th birthday. It wasn't for Mother's day as the person who delivered the flowers said to my mother-in-law. Very disappointed 😞
Complaint Regarding Non-Delivery of Mother’s Day Flower Order
I placed an order for the Lavenda flower arrangement for my mother from Lily’s Florist on Saturday, with delivery scheduled for 10th May to celebrate Mother’s Day.
Unfortunately, there was no option to specify a delivery time during the ordering process. As a result, I called at approximately 12:00 PM today to follow up on the status of the order. I was asked to provide my details so a florist could return my call, even though my contact information had already been included in the order.
After waiting for over an hour without any feedback, I called again and spoke with Kay, who did not know about my initial complaint or follow-up. I found this very concerning, as it reflects poor internal communication and complaint-handling procedures. I then had to repeat the entire issue and provide my details once again.
Another hour later, I spoke with Karen, who also informed me that a florist would call me back. As of 4:00 PM and over an hour later, I still have not received any communication, and more importantly, my mother has still not received the flowers.
I called again at 7 pm, and there was no response.
I paid USD 86.94. And I want a full refund.
Thank you, Lily's Floral, for such poor service and ruining my surprise. I hope no one orders from you because you're thieves and i will report you

I order an extra large bouquet. Paid an extra $45.00 for them and it was not extra large by any means. Won’t buy again
Not worth the money
For the money I paid for a bunch of flowers, there was more paper than flowers. I chose the Mother’s Day bunch which was up to the florist choose what was in season and I don’t think it was worth the money. Very disappointing

Ordered a full bouquet with roses and received 2 gerberas and daisies padded out with ribbon. Absolutely disgraceful. Would not recommend this florist to anyone. Total rip off. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Very disappointed with the size of the bunch for the money. I could have got better at a supermarket....also disappointed with the very small card.

Flowers ordered 1pm Thursday, requested to be delivered early next day. They arrived at 3.25pm Friday.
I could have driven to Melbourne myself and got them there quicker. $16.95 for courier that took all day to get them there.
Robbed of blooms
I was disappointed with the amount of flowers sent. The bunch on your website looked much fuller than the photo of the flowers the receipient took. I feel ripped off. I would be better off buying flowers from Coles !!
