Great products at a competitive price.
My recent delivery arrived in what looks like an old box that was falling apart. It was open at one end and had seen better days. Company claims it was courier handling that caused this. If so, they should change the courier.
It’s expensive to return items because of the weight and size of the radiators. The company ought to negotiate a reasonable rate for customer returns.

Hello, we are sorry you’re not fully happy. Sometimes boxes do get knocked in transit, hence they are so well packed. We however only send out items as new. Our returns process is 90 days and all it takes is n email to ourselves. thank you for the time for feedback

I ordered 3 x radiators with taps and feet , I was asked for a delivery date and low and behold it came a day earlier than it should, have the problem was there was no body in so the delivery driver just left the pallet on the drive in full view of every body who walked past , I had to get a mate with a van to come to my house load them on is van overnight, then they offered me 75 pound as sorry but still waiting for that two, I now need another 300 rad but I am looking round for it because it seems to me that they are very nice to help you spend but not quick to help you

We fully accept that the delivery arriving one day early was inconvenient. Once notified, we arranged collection and redelivery for the agreed date. You then advised that a friend could move the pallet, and we offered a £75 goodwill payment for the inconvenience caused.
Your first review stated that you would never use us again and would discourage others from doing so. A further review now suggests you were considering purchasing another radiator from us but decided against it because the goodwill payment had not yet been received.
We believe our prompt response, proposed redelivery and £75 goodwill offer were reasonable. It is disappointing that two negative reviews were posted while we were actively attempting to resolve matters.
Our long history of positive customer feedback demonstrates that when an occasional issue arises, we take responsibility and work hard to put it right.

I’ve ordered twice from Lincolnshire Radiators Direct and both times the service was exceptional. The first time a company employee delivered the radiators carefully to my hallway. The second time it was a courier service and the items were packed securely. Everything was of high quality so I highly recommend them.
