Lincolnshire Radiators Direct Avis 

When I make a large purchase I rate it especially important to hear back as soon as possible that my order has been received and I am even happier to hear that my order is being processed promptly. Lincolnshire radiators are better than Amazon in every respect including their choice of courier who keep in touch with you right up to carrying each radiator up to my garage. The quality of radiator is excellent and I was particularly impressed when fitting the radiator valves which screwed in tightly with no play and I didn’t need to wrap the thread with too much PTFE tape to get them tight. I used a liquid alternative to PTFE on the other valve and both valves were leak free at the first tightening. The radiator looks great with same colour pipe sleeves and the ring that covers the carpet has transformed the look. My previous radiators were fitted with very little thought to aesthetics and had bendy 10mm flexible pipe leading to wonkey valves.

Delivered on promptly on time. Radiator as described

The radiator delivery scheduling wasn't fulfilled as promised. We are refurbishing a full house, not living at the property, and arrival of the large goods on the date promised was key. This didn't happen causing delays to our works and additional travel time for us. The correction of the delivery remains in hand and was a caused by a change to IT system that was issuing inaccurate promises - I hope this is now resolved.

Fantastic service from LRD. Really appreciate the great communication when I enquired about stock availability during a bank holiday weekend. Ordered the GLO Kensington vertical in metallic cooper -gorgeous! And a GLO idox flat vertical in white - brilliant output for the size. The bronze valves for both rads were great too. Items were delivered on time and carried directly to where they were needed.
I ordered early so that I had to wait for the plumber, rather than try and get a plumber when it was delivered!
The box around the radiator was damaged on delivery, but as it was so well protected, there was no damage to the radiator itself.
The valves are a great colour match to the rad, however, the decorator's caps are very flimsy nad split when tightened onto the valves when being installed. These are needed as the rad needs to be taken off the wall to facilitate plastering and decorating.

The prices are good, delivering to the Isle of Wight was a real bonus with a very speedy service which exceeded expectations and the radiator arrived in perfect condition. It’s just been fitted, looks great and appears to heat up well (time will tell). Would definitely recommend.
