Nice Shower But!
Ordered a gunmetal shower which was delivered quickly and was a good price , however the issue with this product is the shower riser wall bracket is too short to allow any adjustment some 15mm too short so allowing for a 3mm out of plumb in wall still way too short to get a proper fixing , valve was fitted as close to wall as it could be , but only way to get a hold was to have vertical pole at least 10mm out of plumb which spoils the look of shower and puts a strain on valve connections. I contacted customers services with zero helpfulness , expected perhaps a replacement bracket or contact from shower manufacture to resolve
,resorting to sourcing correct bracket from another supplier , in short your probably ok with this company with radiators but don't buy a shower

So to put the record straight
3mm over a 2400mm high wall as "well and truly out" I don't think so I'd say that was dam good for a uk wall and as for coms had one missed phoned call and three email promising to check stock for issues and get back to me , never did, i asked them to check with manufacturer about wall bracket being incorrect probably couldn't as probably made in China but again no reply.
Anyway resorted to contacting a well know uk bathroom supplier VP who were very helpful indeed sourcing me a correctly manufactured wall bracket for free I only needed to pay for postage thanks VP

Brilliant experience
Brilliant experience! Ordered online but could not get system to accept 20% discount. Bought item anyway and email the company who refunded me 20% of cost.
Bulky vertical radiator delivered within 3 days and fitted in 4.
Excellent heat coming from radiator and considering another one for different room!

Very good company to deal with! Had a problem with the delivery, radiator brackets were missing. Answer phone message for company left and I received a response within 2 hours with replacement brackets dispatched that day. Radiator has since been fitted by my plumber and i'm very happy with purchase. Thank you

Back office support wasn’t great I asked for contact pre delivery and didn’t receive … 3 boxes ripped but can’t open to check for damage.

product great really impressed…
product great really impressed delivered on time and with good delivery staff handled the product to the right place for me -however the pipe covers advertised as to match the anthracite radiator were a totally different colour and finish so as to make them unusable as they do not get any where near a match and look silly
