My sales advisor rodh was very helpful…
My sales advisor rodh was very helpful in helping me as a first time buyer. Viewing the properties were helpful and rodh was knowledgeable about the site and area which helped us narrow things down. Easy to get overwhelmed with things but rodh gave us written information on things, videos to watch and followed us up till the end. Even tho we didnt buy with linden i felt supported and well informed! Thanks again!

Colin turned a disappointing key-pickup experience into a true 5-star service!
I recently bought my new home at Quantum Fields in Littleport. My initial experience with the estate agent when picking up the keys was really disappointing. It happened quickly on a very busy road, communication was difficult, and it just felt like a rushed "hello and goodbye" moment. I didn't expect flowers or champagne, but picking up the keys to your new home should be a special moment, and it felt really weak.
However, everything changed this morning when I went to the sales office to collect the remaining keys and met Colin. He was absolutely lovely and completely turned the whole experience around!
It turns out Colin has been with the company for 46 years, and it truly shows in his approach to customers. People like him are rare and should be recognized and rewarded by the company.
This was my first time dealing with Linden Homes, and thanks to Colin, he left such a wonderful impression that I would definitely recommend the company to others. Thank you so much, Colin!

Firstly sales where excellent and could no do enough to get us the deal we needed to move in.
The first year they where quite good at completing snagging especially when builders where still on site.
The issues really started when they asked me to complete my home buyers survey after a year of moving in .I was reluctant to complete the survey until I was happy all snagging was complete but was assured all issue would be resolved.
Once they survey was complete every issue has been a battle.
We where told when moving in to let the house settle for about 18 month and shrinkage/cracking etc would be rectified but now we have been told its home owner maintenance and its our resposibilty.
The brick work looks particaly bad in places but we have been told its within tolerance and nothing will be done.
The main issues is with the design of the house with no guttering above two of the windows which wakes us up at at night during heavy rain due to constant dripping. Despite several visits and videos confirming the issue again nothing is going to be done.
The house is very nice but the overall finish is lacking and when you buy a new home you should at least be able to sleep at night and not be expected to finish the decorating yourself.
Response from managers/director level regarding the issues so far has been very poor and the complaints handling procedure not followed.
The issues have now been forwarded to the new homes ombudsman and hopefully this can be resolved.
