This time I have bought a box of chocolate orange sticks which taste up to Lindt usual high standard. They are smooth and not too sweet. Very nice.

Put together a gift box (which was actually a tin) for my mum, she loved it! Shes been very sparing with when she has them as shes said its "too good to eat"!
Definitely a good choice ordering from them. Had some issues with shipping and it not being delivered on time but they helped us get to the bottom of it, was not their fault at all as royal mail near my mum is renowned for leaving red cards without knocking or trying bells, but even though it was not their fault they did everything to help us get to the bottom of the issue!

I was a bit worried about my order as I have read mixed reviews after placing the order! people having experienced broken items and damaged packages which is very disappointing. However in my case the order arrived swiftly and the parcel was undamaged. The items were well packaged and wrapped and I was really pleased, the box itself was very robust thick cardboard. The only negative was that we were having two really hot days during which time my parcel was shipped and arrived and one of the Easter eggs had become warm and partially melted, this was something that was out of the control of the company, and the chocolate still tasted fantastic!
I will be buying again in the future.

The web site is easy to use and all the chocolates are great. My order came quicker than I expected.

3 x bees & bugs choc missing from my order. I contacted you & you issued a refund. I asked if the 3 missing item could be sent to me but was told no. These items are still available to order so why as a gesture of goodwill couldnt you send to me?
