The website is easy to follow. My order was despatched quickly and the chocolate truffles are always delicious.

I purchased some sweet treats from Lindts for ourselves and for Christmas presents. They arrived very well packed, great value when buying in bundles and we know they'll be delicious

Excellent chocolate, exceptionally disappointing customer service

I’ve always enjoyed Lindt chocolate, but my recent experience with their customer service has been so disappointing that I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

I contacted Lindt while a promotion was running because the advertised discounts were not appearing on any products, despite being signed into my Lindt Rewards account.

I tried multiple browsers, logged out and back in, and cleared and repopulated my basket, all without success. I explained this to customer service and was advised that the matter had been escalated to their internal team for investigation.

After several exchanges, I was eventually asked to provide a screenshot of a specific promotion. Unfortunately, by this point, the promotion had ended and the evidence they requested was no longer available. Had they asked when I initially reported the problem, I could easily have provided it.

When I expressed my disappointment at how the matter had been handled, and explained that the experience had made me reconsider purchasing Lindt products, their response was simply another apology and an assurance that my feedback would be passed to their internal team.

No explanation, no resolution, no attempt to honour the original promotion and seemingly no interest in retaining a previously satisfied customer.

I appreciate that technical problems happen. What matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong.

Unfortunately, Lindt’s response has fallen well short of the standard I would expect from a premium brand.

Fast delivery great product easy ordering

Love Lindt Chocolate , the service is great with prompt delivery and excellent packaging . Definitely will be ordering online again !

The fact I can pick my favourites and not have to waste half as with other chocolate selections.

Used to be my favourite chocolates but not anymore! The rich chocolatey taste and smooth creamy texture has gone, replaced by a waxy taste and more crumbly texture. I would rather pay more and get that old delicious Lindor quality! You've followed Cadbury into the chocolate I will not be bothering with anymore...what a shame. Let's hope Green & Blacks don't follow your lead!

The chocolate is delicious and there is a good variety. The website is easy to order from and there are some good special offers. The chocolate is packed very well before being shipped out. All in all, a very good gluten free product. All ingredients are clearly shown. There are chocolates suitable for everyone's taste. Very morish!
