What a disgrace of a company !
I bought a set of curtains which appeared used, with people's hair and small pulls on it. Asked to return immediately for a full refund. After a million chasing emails over several weeks (about 6!) they finally refunded me, but charged me for postage. 0 customer service,no apology, and have the audacity to charge me for postage.. absolutely not recommended and would never order from here !

Very straightforward transaction. The curtains arrived within a couple of days. Excellent service with no issues at all. The curtains are vibrant and appear to be of decent quality.

A lot of their products aren't shown unfolded, meaning you're not sure what the thing will actually look like.

-2 additional stars for the vast majority of their stock not being from natural fibres but rather Polyester - a microplastic that releases tiny particles whenever it is rubbed against. Basically, they sell lung disease causing products.

False advertising - purchased what was pictured as a plain grey and white checked tea towel, but what arrived was a tea towel with SHAW emblazoned in huge red letters at one end, and DIRECT.COM in huge red letters at the other end - absolutely disgusting. I have made a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority.

Beautiful and very pretty cushion covers

I ordered 5 pairs of curtains all the same style, 3 pairs came with chrome eyelets as stated and the other 2 arrived with a bronze eyelet, looks like they had been damaged as the bronze marks were also on the fabric , I contact this company regarding them and I had to reorder the other 2 pairs elsewhere as I was not getting a response to get them exchanged, I then returned the 2 pairs of faulty curtains at my own cost and contacted the complaint again to advise this, they got back to me and said they were sorry about the inconvenience and a refund would be issued within 5 working days, this was over 2 weeks ago I have since emailed the company regarding the refund as I have not yet received it only to be ignored yet again we are now 2/3 months on and no refund has been issued - I would avoid this company

The bath mat set was so luxurious and soft. Superb, quality product. As exactly described on the website. Delivery was so fast to and good updates on delivery times.

Good quality cushion covers ordered 4 charcoal and going to order the silver as well.

I am so pleased with my new Tea towels ,thank you they are the best ones I have ever bought I will shop with linens online again next I will be looking at towels for my Bathroom and also my cloak room,I hope they have what I want also Bathroom mats and towel sets.So thank you LINENSON LINE .

After reading the reviews about poor customer service, I was sceptical about ordering from this company. But I decided to send them an email about paying with PayPal.
They didn't reply, so again I sent them another email and they didn't reply. By this time I was annoyed so I sent them an angry email. This time, they did reply! They were very apologetic and said yes I can pay by PayPal. I have sent them emails since and they have replied in 24 hours.
I bought voile panels, they were excellent quality and the same ones were double the price with other companies so I'm very pleased. They also arrived in 48 hours so well done linensonline!
I'm going to order some more so I'll keep you updated.

Ordered a duvet cover set online and received fancy pillowcases and two pillow shams. Phoned the company they said they would replace and send me a return slip for the unwanted items. Had to phone them again because I didn’t receive. Was told that the duvet set was no longer available and they would send me return postage slips for the items. They use Manor Park trading as a dropship company which adds to the confusion.

Awful - ordered a Duvet set and received only a Duvet cover which is no good without the matching pillowcases. Contacted them to enquire about their error, even asking how I could order matching pillowcases (although I was led to believe that they were part of my order). They ignored me until I threatened to report them to social media and then replied straight away promising that my pillowcases would be despatched straight away. I replied with a big thank you and immediately received an e-mail asking me to rate them. I was cautious and did not, waiting for my pillowcases. No surprise to say- no pillowcases - it's been a month now and no responses to my chase up e-mails- had a reminder about rating them though! Duvet cover is absolutely useless - cannot find anything matching anywhere - beware of this company

Really great service. The quality of the tea towels is excellent - really pleased with them.

I ordered a duvet and pillowcases set for our king sized bed. The order was delivered promptly but the package did not contain any pillowcases. I emailed their customer service asking for the remainder of the order. I had no acknowledgment. A week later I emailed again as there is no phone number to use for contact. Again I received no reply.
I contacted Trading Standards via Citizens Advice. I was given a template letter to send requesting the missing items be forwarded within two weeks. No response once more. Interestingly, the Company’s address on its website is different to the official address at Company’s House..
I am left with a duvet cover that is useless without the matching pillowcases. My only course of redress now is the small claims court. I will write it off, but would urge others to look elsewhere and refrain from using this untrustworthy website.

This is the 3rd time I have bought these fantastic covers for sofas and for having dogs
