It went ok, my pickup was delayed which lost me a days wage at work, since picking the bike up I've noticed a scuff that looking back was there on pick up. I've emailed asking if there's anything that can be done and had no response so I'm concerned that they only care about selling and not helping after uts sold and they've got there commission.

Service was ok, could have been better with supplying more information about the delivery of the bike, but it seems to be out of the dealership heads to get delivery information. Due to KTM lack of communication.

Very simple and straightforward, I ordered the bike online, paid online, signed docs online and picked up from the showroom within 10 minutes of arriving. 1st service easily book and smooth experience

There customer service is awesome, this is the 2nd bike I bought from them in a short time frame (first one was written off during an RTA) they are professional, extremely helpful and what I really like is the personal touch of them doing a quick video showing the bike you are buying (ether same model or actual bike) and making it a honest buying experience. I can not rate them highly enough with this.

Great communication on updates for bike delivery. Bike delivery was a month earlier than expected. Handover was smooth and efficient. Kevin, the sales guy was friendly and informative. 👍

1. The delay between purchase and delivery was very long, perhaps a review of the delivery system is needed.
2. I asked for a frame and saddle bags to be removed, this was done, however, the nuts and bolts that held them on were also holding the mudguard on. They had not been tightened, I found this after noticing one bolt had gone missing within days of delivery and not being able to get an exact replacement, I had to replace all four with a different style of bolt. When I replaced them, all of the existing nuts and bolts were only finger tight. This does not bode well for servicing in the future.
Lings Harleston, and Kevin in particular, made purchasing a bike simple, pleasant experience. Plenty of information was forthcoming before I even went to see the bike, and my arrival was met with a nice cup of coffee. Even the always uncomfortable negotiation was handled with sensitivity which showed the level of professionalism. Great experience and somewhere I’ll make a first port of call for the next bike, if there is one.
