I purchased my C F Moto 850 Touring recently, l was looked after by Zeb who was very patient with all my questions and provided answer to all of them, it made me
Understand the the 850 touring was the fight machine for me.
When the machine was delivered to me it was on time, James the driver was very helpful in the handover and explained all the controls to me.
I started looking for a touring quad bike in the early part of the year, Lings have always be helpful and supportive at al times. I have my quad now and l am very pleased with it, thank you Zeb and Lings Power outlet

Bought new bike from Lings Harleston…
Bought new bike from Lings Harleston last May. I was lied to about service costs by salesman Aaron. Reported a couple of minor issues with the bike which were never dealt with. After sales from Aaron at Harleston has been non existent. Shockingly bad . I’ve bought 8 bikes in the last 10 years all from dealers, this is the first and last time I’ll be purchasing ANYTHING from Lings .
IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY FROM LINGS BELOW:
You say to call you but call who exactly? Would be nice to have a name and I gave up trying to call Aaron.
To address your words about service costs, at the point of sale Aaron told me that the second service would cost me £199 only to be told at the service desk that it’s £430 would obviously raise questions. Also, I should’nt need to point out that, the air filter is under the riders seat and is a 5 minute job. So your quote of £430 (2.5 hrs + parts) for oil change, oil filter, air filter is extortionate to say the least !
Anyway, I’ve done it myself, and even with my limited tools it took me just 45 minutes. Parts were £80.
Can’t imagine that you care so you’ll be pleased to know that I won’t be popping in anytime soon ….. or later for that matter.

We've reviewed your feedback and understand your concern regarding the service quote.
To clarify, you visited our Harleston branch in March and were quoted £430 for your 2nd service. This quote reflects the necessary work, including fuel tank removal for air filter replacement, as per the manufacturer's maintenance guidelines. We subsequently spoke on March 3rd, where you expressed your disagreement with this quote, and we confirmed the price.
We also acknowledge your reports of recurring issues with your bike, which were initially addressed during your first service. We sincerely apologize that these issues have recurred. We also note that we have not heard from you regarding these issues since June.
We stand by our service quote, which accurately reflects the required work. However, we also recognize the importance of resolving your reported issues. We would like to address this directly. Please contact us at 01379 851090 so we can schedule a time to resolve the remaining concerns with your motorcycle.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and have added this to our complaints tracker.

Excellent service and great prices paid…
Excellent service and great prices paid for used motorbikes. They offered me a valuation for my motorbike that was guaranteed for 14 days. They arranged collection and paid me the exact amount agreed with no quibbles. Second time I’ve used the group and would definitely recommend them.

Within minutes of putting a deposit on a secondhand motorbike online, Kevin called to discuss the motorbike with me. I then received a personalised video fully detailing the bike.
Purchase was easy and I received follow up phone calls to ensure everything was okay and I was happy with my purchase. Which I am!

Really friendly and helpful staff
Really friendly and helpful staff. Have been some places and they have only spoken to my husband and not me, when it was me looking for a bike. They listened to everything I needed and did their best to source extras for my bike. They talked me though all the options I had for my new bike before I brought one so I could make my own choices, and all questions I had were answered.
