The instructor was knowledgeable and was patient to all of us, answering all our questions before proceeding to the next module.
The only reason it is not 5 stars is that due to time constraints, he wasn't able to finish all the modules.

Mainly i miss the sequence in the course, like we should go from A to Z instead of A to D then come back to B then move to N, I hope it is clear for you.

The training is useful and I my expectations were met.

Instructor is explaining properly but time is very limited it should be a one week training.

Chris explains very well - when I thought it was too difficult I found out I am actually learning, understanding, and am able to express. baby steps but it's working.

Big appreciation to Chris - she takes it slowly and makes sure it's understood before she jumps to another phase.

Thank you for experience and learning about english and hotel departemen too, the learning for me is very fun, there are games, so not very serius, I hope next English Class can be scheduled for people who have never taken a class

Interviewer was an Indonesian and with so much efforts trying to sound like British. Salary was damn low, IDR5million with a commission bonus. Way too low since they require people with high level of proficiency in english and sales skillsets. Not the average salary for the relevant role in Jakarta esp for people who speak English. Salary should be doubled up. So stingy but demanding too much.
