Floodlit camera OK, the detection area settings are very limited. The doorbell is not for for purpose, people ring but you can not answer them, set up as per instructions.

Not fit for purpose. It needs recharging every few days.
Door bell is now not ringing after only 3 months.
When bell was working, it took several minutes to register on my phone so by the time I answered the door, the caller had left.
Don't waste your money.

I have had my video door bell a year now, was great to start with, but now when I am at work and someone rings the bell, by the time the picture has loaded my caller has gone, sometimes the picture does not load at all.

Second and 3rd camera now ordered and installed. Very happy - they connect in to the WiFi well, even though they are well away from the Router. Excellent picture quality. Rather a lot of wind noise on the audio feed, but otherwise great.

Intuitive to connect to app. Using to control electric heaters, seems to be successful!

Daytime pictures very good - unfortunately pictures go off when it gets dark - made sure night vision switched to auto - as directed in the gobblygook ‘faqs’ section - contacted customer services 48 hours ago - no response - gave up - exasperated.

Just installed new camera and door bell
Couldn’t be happier, very easy to set up on Phone and even link to Alexa was easy
Have been looking in to these for sometime
So happy I went for these

This is a review for the flexible indoor camera. I have this to check on my dog whilst i’m out. This was really easy to set up, the box has a QR code on it which takes you straight to the app on the app store. Set up instructions were really easy to follow. What i really like about this camera which is different to others i looked at, is the flexible cable, i wrapped mine round the top kitchen cupboard handle which gives a better vantage point, than other cameras which need a flat surface. This camera has a very clear image/live feed, no time lag as yet. Very impressed!

The price is great and customer service is brilliant. The devices themselves are good. The only thing which needs to significantly improve is the automation. Not being able to automate the lights to change colour etc is quite poor. But for the price price spec. Good product.

Bought the camera for indoors and the front door bell with camera.
Indoor camera is great, bought it to check on my dog while I’m at work. If he gets restless I am able to talk to him to calm him down.
The door bell camera lags or real-time sticks a lot. Not practical when someone rings the door bell and you don’t get instant notification. When charging to 100% it drops 20% as soon as I put it back into the mount outside. So I wouldn’t say the charge lasts very long.
