Driver very good. Lady at the office got annoyed when we called twice about a late delivery. Some unnecessary confusion which is not good in logistics.

I live in Australia, I had to get some things sent over from the UK. Links Couriers were amazing.. they went above and beyond to help me. this company are TOP SHELF. I really cannot Thank them enough for what they did.
If anyone needs a Courier Company you should use these guys.
Dean himself kept me updated every step of the way.
I had a big photo frame that I had to get shipped over here, not only did Dean look after it for me in his office because of Covid19 and he could not find a company that could supply a photo box....He made the box himself. The box arrived WOW it was perfect.

Friday evening- problem solved
Friday evening- Another courier had let me down on an urgent delivery to Kenya, with me leaving the next morning for Madeira. I telephoned and papers collected with a couple of hours and safe delivered with 5 days. Very impressive service- and so recommend.

Excellent service
I was extremely happy with the service I received from Links Courier. I rang for a quote, which was much cheaper than the one I already had, booked the job there and then, and my item was delivered within 3 hours. I was kept informed of each step (i.e. the name of the driver assigned, time of pick-up, time of drop-off), which was very reassuring. I would definitely use them again!

i'm so happy to have found Links courier, Dylan was so helpful and patient with me on the phone and the boxes arrived on time even though the pick up was requested very last-minute and the price was really great. I'm so thankful, as I HATE Fedex. Many many thanks to Links Courier. I will recommend to everyone I know.
