Nada recomendable

Malísima! Por supuesto no te dejan probar gratuitamente, porque si la pruebas no pagas. Las traducciones bastante mediocres, pero de español a inglés pésimas.
Yo probé un mes, porque no excesivamente caro y con algo, aunque fuera mediocre me valía. Cual es mi sorpresa que aparece que puedo traducir hasta 8 documentos (con limitacion de hojas) y no he llegado ni a poder traducir 4, me dice que suba mi plan... Lo mejor, no haber caído en el timo del pago anual. Una estafa!! Cualquier otra ia lo hace mil veces mejor y te dejan más traducciones de manea gratuita

I would not recommend this software

I would not recommend this software. I emailed customer support requesting a refund and have not received any response. Additionally, the translation features do not work properly and often produce inaccurate results, making the software difficult to use for its intended purpose. The lack of communication regarding my refund request, combined with the unreliable translation functionality, has made for a very disappointing experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.

Translation was poor

Translation was poor. Formatting was the same. Does not cost a cent I paid for one month. Hope they won’t be able to charge again. Cancelled.

Poor product

Scam - intended to sign up for DeepL, but misleading sponsored post lead to Linnk.

Translation was poor and formatting was abysmall. Avoid.

Linnk.ai is a SCAM.

I started a translation through Google Translate, in the process, I was automatically diverted to Linnk.ai and prompted to sign up for an annual contract, to continue my translation.

I needed the translation so I entered into a $15/mo. subscription. Two translations in -- I was unable to continue translation through my $15/mo. subscription and prompted to buy another subscription, to continue. Because I had an immediate need for translation services, I once again entered into another annual subscription, this one for $20/mo.

I was able to complete my translations (8 pages) and Googled "how to cancel a Linnk.ai subscription" and was given an email address for Linnk.ai and instructions how to cancel the subscriptions.

I followed the instructions and sent Linnk.ai an email asking for (1) a $20 refund for the unneccessary added subscription and (2) a request to cancel recurring charges associated to my subscriptions. NO REPLY FROM Linnk.ai.

One month later, I received two debits ($15 and $20) from Linnk.ai, automatically debited from my checking account, associated with my original subscriptions.

Linnk.ai operates with deception and will process unauthorized charges to whatever source you used to pay for your subscription(s).

BEWARE. Do NOT use Linnk.ai. And SHAME on Google Translate for diverting my original translation to Linkk.ai.

You contacted us on April 10 asking for a $20 refund and how to cancel, and we didn't get back to you — that's a mistake on our side. Both subscriptions have now been cancelled, and we've refunded the duplicate charge; together with the reversals already returned to your card, you've been refunded everything beyond the $15 for the pages that were translated. If anything still looks off, please write to us at contact@linnk.ai and our team will make it right.

Extremely misleading website

Extremely misleading website. I Googled “DeepL Pro” and this site appeared as the top sponsored result, making it look like the official DeepL service. It is not.

After uploading a small file (only 363 KB), it displayed a completely fake error claiming the file exceeded a 20 MB limit — which is obviously impossible — and immediately pushed me to upgrade to “Premium.”

This feels like a classic bait-and-switch ad scam targeting people searching for DeepL. Very deceptive marketing and not trustworthy. Avoid and go directly to deepl.com instead.

The limit you ran into isn't a file-size (MB) cap — it's based on a document's length, so even a small file can exceed it if it has a lot of pages. If you email contact@linnk.ai with the document (or its page count), our team will check what happened and point you to the right plan or a way to split it so it goes through.

Empty pages (for money) instead of translation

It made me pay, so I did, and then it gave me back 4 empty pages as a translation. No any word has been translated! And I cannot get back the money :-(
