Welcoming and knowledgeable. We were guided to the beds to suit our needs after showing an interest in what was important to us. We were kept up to date about delivery. Having received our bed a few days ago, we are delighted with our purchase. Delivery was excellent with the bed being fully assembled and packaging taken away. The bed is the most comfortable bed we have ever had! Very happy and would thoroughly recommend!

Good sales service but we were not provided with a time slot for delivery as promised. We also did not receive a call 15-20 mins before they arrived, which was also promised. I've deducted a star for this.
