Very poor quality clothing and sizing is completely wrong, I ordered a 2 XL jacket that didn't even close on me but did fit my nephew, who is 13 years old! When I contacted them the sent me a ridiculously long list of requests including photos and video of the clothes and order details which they already had because they sent them , very disappointed in fairness it's the first time I have ordered from them but very disappointed in their customer service response so far
This site is a scam. I ordered and it says delivered but I never got anything and they said they would refund me and the only send back $6. A joke

I ordered a couple of items, they arrived and omg the material was the cheapest thinnest you've ever seen!! Obviously tried to return them and up the blocks go! They have replied once saying please give us time.....this is at least 4 or 5 months!!!! If you take anything from this review please let it be DO NOT EVER USE THIS SITE!!!! Absolute cowboys and I will continue to put reviews on to try and warn others. Im just so glad I didn't spend a fortune with them!!
Lesson learned, I won't buy again. Waited 15 days for package to arrive. Two items 'squashed into a tiny package" on opening, very crushed, very poor quality garments, material very thin.
I paid £67.50 for these 2 items, I will put them in my charity bag as from reviews I have read I would probably wait forever to get a refund.
Ordered bodysuits which were too big. Contacted by email numerous times to return them and still get to receive a response.

Liorys really impressed me. The packaging felt luxurious, the item was true to size, and I was updated at every step with tracking. I can tell they’re working hard to offer a better experience now.
Never received my item, emailed 5 times with no response. Going to have to go to trading standards to get a refund. Would not use or recommend absolutely terrible.
So after my previous post they got in touch, i was pleased and shocked and was hoping we had progess and would be able to post another view more positve, I am aware they are a small company.
But to make contact, then stop is beyond a joke..am soo disappointed

Bought 2 invisible backless bodysuits -terrible quality and completely unfit for purpose.
Both garments came in two different materials - one is thin cloth like completely unsupportive, hanging from all sides. The other is swimsuit like - also badly sewed together, unusable. This is a low quality, cheap product and no response regarding return. Your site and influencers promoting this product should be ashamed of themselves. Fyi this comment was left on their website too - I guarantee it won’t be posted.
I was unhappy with product so wanted to get a refund, there is no clear way via online store on how to do this, I ended up finding a email address which I emailed with my request, this didn’t get answered for nearly a week, and has been the same tempo with emails going back and forth, I was finally sent a refund request form which I filled out and it stated would be processed up to 7 days and then get another email on the 9th day with the same form to fill out, so frustrating, so still out of pocket, this has been going on for nearly a month and all I would like is my money returned.
I also paid for express delivery which states 5-8 days, it took 10

Orders arrived but one was missing a item and both were poorly sized. Again, i have tried to make contact via customer service and instagram regarding a refund but not getting any response. Frustrating!
Returns process is non-existent. I tried to process a return and refund but the process is not clear. I’ve emailed customer service and got a reply offering an exchange. When I replied asking for a refund, I have had no further correspondence from them. I also tried contacting via Instagram, and have received no response on there either.
For an online retailer, it is not acceptable to have an unclear returns process. Makes you wonder whether they are a scam company…
