I never recieved my order and I've tried contacting them several times, but with no answer. Would not recommend.

I did not receive my order. I have contacted them several times without a response or a refund. Meaning, I have paid for their product without receiving it. A scam company.

Months ago-I placed an order and I never received an order (it shouldn’t take a month to fulfill and create a shipping label) with NO communication! I received an email a month later with an undertone of unprofessionalism & attitude. NEVER recieved a reason why, update nor refund.

Months later (after thinking it could’ve been in high demand and business may be calmer) I place my order and by week 3 of no communication or updates. If the order was placed on the 6’th-why is it the 22’nd and I haven’t received a “hey we are delayed and apologize” even. It is now February 6’th. No tracking info, no update from the complaint form, no emails, no calls nor refunds for my product. Im shocked this company hasn’t been investigated nor shut down.

Absolutely DO NOT buy from here.
My order never arrived and there was zero communication from them when I tried reaching out about it. Essentially got scammed, please do not waste your money on this website.

They never shipped my order and then when they did months later after many emails and messages they sent the incorrect order. I contacted them again and they said that I had already received the order and never responded again. Please don’t order from them.

DO NOT BUY froms this website. They are scammers and do not ship your order. I have tried to reach out for 3 months, but they do not reply or cancel my order and give me my money back

Don’t bother buying !! They have mixed reviews mostly negative I was told I would receive my package first week of December it never came so my bank issued me a refund today Thankfully after I was able to show proof of everything, bare in mind I ordered it in November it’s still not here I only received tracking & confirmation of the delay once I had to chase them up so never again honestly & they don’t respond to emails only Instagram 👎🏾

Took a long time to receive my order, finally received it. Probably won’t be a returning customer. Not a scam though.

Ordered lip gloss 2 weeks ago, given a usps tracking number that stays in preparing shipment on the shop app and through usps it don’t exist, their instagram profile is now deleted and I’m genuinely going to crash the fu¢k out if I don’t get a refund and will literally track this mf down!

I ordered the Lip Filler Pen a month and a half ago from lipssoluciouss.com and never received the product or the refund. UPS advised me that this type of merchandise is restricted for import to individuals in Spain and they`ve returned it to the supplier. After sending several messages asking for the status of my refund, the seller stopped responding to my messages. I have not received my money yet. If this product is not allowed in Spain, you can imagine what the ingredients are. Please stay away from this site unless you want to be scammed.
