They never ever sent me my order. I called and the number is out of service, the Instagram account doesn’t exist. This is a scam. It has been over a month and multiple attempts of contacting them. Sad to see people take advantage of other people’s hard earned money

I finally received my package almost a month after ordering with it coming in a tube that looks completely different than advertised with no name on it and completely leaked out everywhere in the package where I cannot even open it. The customer service is horrible with no response back ever after multiple emails sent to them except for one response stating they will be shipping out my item the following Monday and that also was a fail! I am still waiting on another order that I ordered the same day as this one that had the pre-label created on November 28th that I ordered on November 24th with no update or response from their Customer Service as well, and it still has not moved from when the label was created. I’m not sure what is going on with this company, but I definitely would like my other item I ordered and paid for as well as this item in a tubing that has some information on it and not halfway empty from leaking. At this point, I definitely would not recommend this company! If I could get an ETA of my other order that I already paid for as well as this item in the correct tubing, I definitely would change my review but at this point do not order for this company! Very unprofessional, does not communicate and just takes your money!
I ordered the Lip Filler Pen a month and a half ago from lipssoluciouss.com and never received the product or the refund. UPS advised me that this type of merchandise is restricted for import to individuals in Spain and they`ve returned it to the supplier. After sending several messages asking for the status of my refund, the seller stopped responding to my messages. I have not received my money yet. If this product is not allowed in Spain, you can imagine what the ingredients are. Please stay away from this site unless you want to be scammed.
