Absolutely awful company with terrible…
Absolutely awful company with terrible service and zero communication - waited in all day for my delivery after having paid for Next Day delivery. When it didn't arrive I sent a chaser email, and then without any reply just got a refund email. This was a birthday gift, and only bought it as it was showing as 'in-stock' on their website. Avoid this seller at all costs!

Item ordered last week, was due on Friday, driver said not in but we were. I then paid an extra £5 to be delivered on Saturday (as needed for a birthday party) Item still not received now we do not require this & want a full refund including delivery costs
