Great service
I can thoroughly recommend this company. As I now drink Guinness zero, and heard there maybe a short supply issue from the brewery, I decided to get some from The Liquor Library. I ordered the pint can size and they quickly arrived. Unfortunately, they sent the ones that can only be dispensed from the new unit system found in some pubs/bars. (there's no ring pull on the can!)
Emailed customer service and the quickly organised a pick up and a re delivery with the correct order, all within days.
A great price too, 538ml pint cans, £55.48 (including delivery) for a pack of 24.
A bargain at £2.31 a pint. Certainly beats pub prices!

Nice people - ridiculous deliveries
They seem to be very nice people who are let down massively by their couriers
The really annoying thing is that they are my only wine supplier that needs proof of age
I’m 64 but had to find my passport for the poor guy doing deliveries in the torrential rain

I ordered some McEwans Export a couple of months ago and when I received them I realised that they were 6 months out of date. The response from Customer Service was not good enough. I am not having them picked up by a courier company without a receipt. As they just deny receiving them every time. AVOID
