My orders from Liquor Library are almost always prompt. Only once have I been sent smaller cans than I ordered, and DPD have been problematic with deliveries. Otherwise though, a very professional service from Liquor Library. Thank you !

Good price and service, but they use DPD who demand ID on delivery, even when bringing an alcohol free product.

I placed an order in late November. My order arrived and one of the bottles was different to what was ordered. I raised this with the supplier. I was then asked to send a number of pictures to prove what I was telling them and they asked me to return the bottle they had sent in error and only after they had received it, would they then send the correct bottle. I ended up cancelling the whole order and re-ordering with one of the competitors. I returned the whole order mid-December and it is now 8th January and despite sending chasers and proof that I had returned the order (with the tracking number that they provided), I am still waiting to receive my refund. I will never use this absolute shower of a company again and would advise anyone else to give them a swerve too.

I had to contact re delivery, as when it would be, then when box was delivered one of the glasses was broken not enough thick proper packing, emailed again and they did send more glasses out with the correct packing etc, hence 4 stars, they do have phone numbers but no-one answers, goes to voice mail, very annoying if you want to speak to someone.
