I bought and paid for 2 dresses from Lisa London. They never arrived. I've lost £68. Tried to contact them only email address and no response at all.
It's a SCAM! Avoid it.

Absolutely awful. Dress is completely different from the picture, different cut, colours and design. Totally cheap fabric. Have been absolutely ripped off.

What a load of rubbish, the clothes, fabric are nothing like seen.
Can’t return. No communication from them after emailing. Total waste of money and a scam. Do not order it’s not from London. Took weeks for delivery.

This is a scam website. I saw the ads in facebook. I ordered 2 dresses that took a few days to arrive. The quality is very poor. Nothing to do with pictures. There is no way to contact them. I have sent 2 emails and haven't received any reply.
Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a dress which took nearly 2 weeks to arrive - the dress did arrive but it’s poorly fitted, I emailed the email address to request a return twice now and no response . No number to call. So disappointed that it’s a scam . When I bought the dress there was a photo of a lady who was closing business after x amount of years must have all been a lie.

Definitely a scam wesbite! The dresses I bought did not come in the quality the pictures had advertised. It was cheap material for expensive prices. The prices they advertised sometimes stated £200 marked down to £37. There is no way the quality of these dresses would have been for those prices. They didn't even look like the pictures. I also found it strange that the tracking said they were in transit by flight- which made me think it was probably coming from China or something, yet the company is called Lisa London and apparently held offices in London that were closing (completely NOT TRUE). Apparently you're supposed to email them to request a refund (which i've done a few days ago), but haven't heard back. If I don't hear anything soon I will need to put in a Fraud complaint with my credit card company.
