Inventory shipping from China
I ordered two of the level 1 workbook on December 9th for my two Grandsons for a Christmas present. A week or so later I received an email saying the packages just left China! They workbooks arrive December 30th. All of the presents I ordered arrived way before Christmas except this one. If they are going to have their inventory in China and it going to take 3 weeks to arrive at the customer's house, they need to clearly state that so people can decide before they order.

The set arrived reeking of chemicals and I immediately got a headache. I removed the packaging and the product still smelled like the chemicals. Why would anyone market these to children. I reached out and a return is impossible and the amount that was offered was insulting. There is no easy return they are misrepresenting themselves and it's shameful

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. Paid extra for same day processing and express delivery. After delivery timeline has been missed, i chase up (why didn't they inform me it was delayed). They then say that their T&Cs protects them from any delays. Then say they will get back to me in 48 hours. Still not heard back from them.

Scam company selling dubious products with false claims.
On their Instagram post, they claimed to to have taught the children of 'singaporean royalty' for 10 years.
This is a blatant lie, and they obviously know nothing about Singapore, because Singapore does not have a monarchy and there is no such thing as 'singaporean royalty'.

The material stinks of chemicals
The material stinks of chemicals. Several of the pages were had either scratches or were folded. I threw it out immediately, would never give my child a book that stinks so much.
