Dear customer we can see from this review that your order number is 6719, we have tracked your order and spoken to Royal Mail as we have a scanned manifest confirming they collected it from our warehouse. However Royal Mail have advised they cannot locate and fear it may be lost at the depot. We are so sorry this has happened and have refunded you in full immediately. We do not seem to have any emails or contact from you letting us know there was a problem with the order, the first we knew was when we saw this review. We are sorry this has happened and are speaking to Royal Mail as this is the third parcel over the Christmas period that’s gone missing 😢.

I've bought lots of stuff from Little Darlings Closet for my yet to be born precious granddaughter. Everything I've purchased has been of the highest quality and beautiful in design from baby grows, to baby dresses and pram shoes. Very fast dispatch and delivery. Always been a smooth transaction. 5* Highly recommend.

Appalling customer service
Absolutely love the items from this place and have ordered a few time but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
I had a parcel of 4 items for my newborn daughter, I received an email to say that the items had been delivered and left in my "safe place" my shed!.
We don't have a shed or a safe place to leave the items.
I emailed the company and they advised they would get back to me, 4 days later 2 emails later and still nothing. (they stated they don't work weekends which is fair enough but it was 2.30 on a Monday the next time they contacted me)
By this time I had disputed it with clear pay, as this was how I chose to pay. Because the company said my items had been delivered clear pay were of no help and refused the dispute which is fair enough but then this company basically told me my items had been delivered " royal mail had told them this" and because clearpay had closed my dispute they couldn't help me any further.
I did some digging myself and contacted Royal mail and my urema had in actual fact been delivered to no 1 and I love in no 11. My items were in their shed which they don't use!
So I did receive my items, and they are lovely but with no help from Sam in the office. I will definitely think twice about ordering from here again!

We are so relieved to hear that you have actually got your items what great news. We are sorry to hear you are unhappy but your review is not strictly accurate or fair.
You emailed at 23:19 on a Friday evening when our offices were closed and we replied to you on the Monday afternoon, this is technically within 1 working day.
Before waiting for a reply to your original email to us you opened a Clearpay dispute as this was the payment method you used (Clearpay advise clearly waiting at least 7 days from contacting sellers before opening a dispute to enable us as merchants to investigate and get answers from third parties such as Royal Mail)
Clearpay settled the case in our favour because the evidence from Royal Mail proved the items were delivered to “your designated safe place” that you requested.
They also stated a card was left for you telling you where to collect your items from.
As explained to you we were unable to do anything until Clearpay settled the dispute. You had stated you wanted a refund to Clearpay but at no point had communicated this to us.
This is maybe a miscommunication from Royal Mails end ie they may have never been instructed by you regarding a safe place etc but this was not Little Darlings fault as the Clearpay dispute/investigation found and cleared us of any wrong doing. I’m sorry that Royal Mail caused this issue for you.

I recently made an order for Christmas presents and Sam couldn’t be more helpful regarding sizing and answering any questions I had. Postage and tracking were great and the clothes are gorgeous!
I highly recommend this business and will be ordering again soon.

Your order was not cancelled Royal Mail lost the parcel it happened with several customers from the same batch. It seems on collection after scanning our manifest they have mislaid one of the bags. We explained this and offered you to resend or refund you. You chose a refund and we refunded you in full immediately and apologised for this happening but explained was out of our control. However we are sorry you experienced this and can assure you this is not normal and extremely rare but we take on board fully your feedback and hope you will give Little Darlings Closet a chance again in the future.

Take money off you never sent items, ignoring 4 emails . Disgusting service
Purchased various items in August. Emailed promptly in August as one items was the wrong size & faulty and asked how to return. They Never got back to me. I then emailed again in September as I had no reply & also realised 2 items that they said they will “send separate and be with me soon” on a note with the original order hadn’t arrived. I emailed again and AGAIN. Still nothing, so this company will take your money off you and not send your full order and just probably hope you’re not bothered by it . Then they will continue to ignore your emails. Terrible service and I must warn others not to buy from here.

Dear consumer please contact us by email at info@littledarlingscloset.co.uk. When customers order from us they get an automatic email a few days later asking them to leave us a review if they would like, however this shows us on here their order number and details if they reply via that email. Your review has not been via a request from us so we have no way of knowing your details or order number? However we have no emails regarding a problem from an order in August? I’ve believe this may be an untrue review not meant for us or a mistake as there are currently two unreputable companies trying to trade and use our name or similar name to us. However if you do have an order number and order confirmation email from us please email us asap so we can get to the bottom of this.
