The outfit I received was excellent but unfortunately I was not informed the other was out of stock.
I contacted them and only found out when I had a refund email.
Loved the outfit maybe take another look at communication.

Beautiful quality clothing, slight issue with one of the items but this was rectified in due course. Very grateful for the communication received.

Wrong item was sent however customer service was amazing . Correct item sent out straight away and because it was they’re mistake I got keeping the one that was sent out first for free. I’m very pleased with pram suits , good quality I would definitely shop here again .

Received the jumper set but wasn't happy with the quality so contacted company to request a return. On packaging the item I noticed that there was actually a hole in the jumper. With this is mind I had expected that I wouldn't be responsible for the returns postage as the item was faulty. I was advised by the company that their website clearly states that the buyer pays postage for returns. However I would not expect any business to charge the customer to return an item that is damaged??. I sent photos to the company clearly showing that there was a hole but on receipt of the returned jumper they advised that they couldn't see a hole- seems rather strange given that there was definitely a hole in it when I sent it and I had photos clearly showing the hole. The company advised that they were a small business and that they were not in a position to cover return postage fees, however I do not understand why it should then by default be down to me to pay
Not the sort of service I would expect from any company, no matter how small they are
