What a fantastic company
What a fantastic company. Mark Finan spent the time we needed on the phone, fully explaining everything in the process with no pressure. We had the documentation all at the right time and a great administrator whilst the purchase was going through, Lee, who ensured we were kept up to date as were all parties. LiveMore were easy t deal with and for a couple aged 60 ad 70, we felt supported and encouraged.

Just completed our equity release…
Just completed our equity release mortgage. Mark was very informative and helped us choose the best product for us. Took a bit of time to complete but that's probably down to their solicitors rather than LiveMore. Would certainly recommend.

Excellent Service and Products.
I recently completed on a mortgage that I once thought was beyond my reach as a 63-year-old approaching retirement. Typical high street lenders dismissed my situation at first contact, leaving me feeling as though I would be renting for the rest of my life.
Fortunately, a colleague suggested that I approach Livemore Mortgages, well known for providing mortgages for people over 50, like myself.
I made a simple phone call and spoke with an excellent advisor, Mark Finan. He genuinely listened to my needs, presented several mortgage options, and before I knew it, we had a mortgage offer on the table that met all my requirements and more.
The support didn’t stop there. My case was managed through to completion by Lee Miller, who did everything possible to ensure that the funds were available for the legal completion of my new home.
In summary, Livemore Mortgages has an excellent business model and employs individuals who genuinely care for their customers.
I would highly recommend.

Seems good product but SLOW
Product seems ok and it’s good to find a lender that will consider lending to older people. In line with all the less favourable reviews their timescales seem very long and the whole process seems to set a standard 48 hours between each step! Hence the one star so prospective customers can be aware and explore this beforehand.

We needed a remortgage.
We needed a remortgage to stay in our home. Umar Khan found a way for this to happen (when our existing mortgage provider, Lloyds, couldn't be bothered). Excellent service from Live More, all their staff and their legal team. Can't thank them enough.
