Ive had issues with damaged goods

Ive never really had a issue with goods received until I ordered a 10 year anniversary vynl and it came damaged and so I emailed them and to be fair they did get back to me but could've been a bit quicker about it and to cut 3 weeks of conversation sorter I asked for a replacement and they said they couldn't give me a replacement even tho they had some in stock (I checked on the website) but the could give me my money back and then me have to buy one back which is a bit dumb could've just said yeah send us that back and once thats arrived well send a new one out for you

And for everything else ive ordered from there has been amazing quality and quick with delivery so it could've been worse 🤘🤘🤘🤘

Wrong items received, no reply from customer service

Ordered items as part of my son's birthday present and was sent someone elses order. Despite multiple emails to try to correct this, I have had no reply. Their customer service seems non existent so good luck arranging a return if they mess up your order. Won't be ordering from them again.

Impericon No Longer Reliable

I have used Impericon for over 10 years, but they have fallen off a cliff recently, and I will not be using them again.
My last order (IMP-63827) was as follows:

1. Delayed Shipping: In-stock items took 11 days to arrive.
2. Misleading Size Guide: The item size guide suggested I needed a size L (usually an M), but when the items arrived, they were considerably too big.
3. Non-responsive Customer Service: Trying to exchange my items for a different size, I contacted customer service multiple times via email and phone, but never received a reply. I got desperate and contacted the German customer service, who did send a returns label, but at this point, I had no faith I’d be refunded if I sent the items back.

Such a shame they’ve gone downhill, but I will not use Impericon again.

Going downhill

I am a long time customer of Impericon but unfortunately they seem to have gone downhill rapidly. Parcel shipped with no issues although Parcelforce appear to have lost it, over 10 days with the tracking saying 'we are unable to confirm your parcel's status'. I am unable to speak to customer service as their page just shows an error message and emails have gone unanswered. Will be seeking a refund if this issue is not resolved.

Impericon website has false information

If I could give zero stars I would. On their website it states "import duty costs will apply to orders whose value of goods exceeds £135". The items I purchased totalled £30 and I am now being charged £9.45 import costs by FedEx. After already paying over £9 for postage this is just not worth it. They have also lied on their website by saying that only goods over £135 would incur costs. I've emailed customer services, but they are not bothered - please approach this company with caution and consider if you can purchase your items elsewhere. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

Customer service is lacking

I have emailed a couple of times regarding my order/delivery and tracking of parcel in the past 2 weeks. I've had no emails back regarding my order. The only email ive got since me ordering was on a saturday night saying that my order was transfered over to courier 3 days before the date of this email.
Customer service is shocking.

Honestly awful

Honestly awful. Just left the similar review on Impericon. I wanted to cancel my order but instead they ignore every single message I sent only for 2 weeks later to get a “sorry we didn’t see this we just dispatched 10 minutes ago” they then said they cancelled with FedEx which was a lie as the parcel arrived. I have no desire to try and ship it back and go through (what I can imagine) a painful refund with them, so guess that’s me £100 out of pocket

Customer service was found lacking when faced with an order issue

My previous Impericon order before Christmas 2023 arrived missing a particular Sleep Token sew on patch that I had ordered 2 of, with only one being in there when I opened it and the postage bag being found with an edge open/improperly sealed. I contacted customer service with photos for evidence then got no reply. On following up they said they would send a replacement but one has never turned up and further attempts to contact them have gotten me absolutely nowhere with repeated emails going unanswered and me finding no other UK method of contact. I tried to rectigy this over a couple of months with repeated contact attempts. Its a shame because I have bought a number of things from Impericon over the years and this was the first truly negative experience.

ordered 2 t shirts payment was cleared…

ordered 2 t shirts payment was cleared said they would update me and send dhl ref no to show tracking .this as not happened and have tried twice to get a email response from this company no response..as far as i can see this is company is non functioning and operating now as a criminal concern please avoid at all costs .I have lost £50 please don't add to this total

Scam about free product

I ordered a few vinyls which cost me over £100 on the 18th of January 2023. Impericon had a promo code for a free hoodie when your order is over £100 so I have entered it. In February I sent an e-mail to Impericon to confirm if I would receive the free hoodie even when my order will come in March as one of the vinyls from Chelsea Grin was released on the 24th of March. I have received an e-mail back will information that I will. I received the package at the beginning of April without a hoodie, so I contacted Impercion straight again as they didn't keep their word. Firstly they were trying to convince me that I had not entered the code (I still have the emails), after I had asked them about all of my conversations with them to show them that I was told that I will receive the hoodie and I have entered the code. I got a reply after 5 days with them apologising and they told me it must have been a mistake.
I really do not recommend buying from them especially using their promo codes!!!

Extremely disappointing

I have never suffered such a poor customer service such as this, understandably their are postal strikes but to have no communication is beneath poor!!! Plus the order arrived late in the first place.

Other than chaser emails I have not had one response by way of an update as I need to return my order I have left x2 voicemails and better still phoned again on Friday 16th of December on 4 occasions to just receive a recorded message!! On your 0330 333 00 80 (UK customers only) Totally ignored like many customers on here YET Impericon are quite happy to take our money in the first place.

It has now gone well beyond 48 hours unless i am a timelord?

Do you actually have a customer service?. who work between 08.00am – 5.00pm from Monday to Friday.

I would appreciate a correspondence back on the emails wasted phone calls and chasers i have sent to you

can you confirm what the UK address is to return my item? and how?

surely it cant be so difficult? and all of this could have been avoided?

Get it together Impericon and you may just restore customer confidence

Avoid at all costs

I've previously had good experience with impericon but not sure what is happening at the moment this has been a nightmare

- Ordered in October
- Delivered in November
- Contacted them for a returns form (you have to pay for postage on returns from UK, ok no problem)
- No response from 2 emails, 2 contact forms, a voice message and tweets in nearly a month
- Approaching the end of a returns window with no sign that they will respond
- Now received a demand from FedEx to pay Duty & Tax despite Impericon's website saying you don't pay these fees on UK orders

Out of pocket because I can't return the items for a refund and now being asked to pay FedEx, just awful customer service.

I ordered an I prevail t shirt in XL...order went through great an received rather quick which I was quite impressed but then upon opening it was well different..what I got was nothing alike what I ordered..I got in touch through their refunds and returns section via email...they got back to me asking for return tracking number and a picture of what I received...they apologized for the inconvenience and said they would send me the correct item and refund my delivery charge of £9.99... I received my order this morning and also got my refund of £9.99..i would use them again but hopefully it would be a more pleasant experience next time

No refunds and no customer service

They have no customer service and therefore when you send something back you don’t get refunded. I have waited over a month for a refund and nothing. No one comes back to you on email and their phone just rings out for 5 minutes and then goes dead. PayPal said to me they think they’ve gone into administration so please don’t order off of them.

Hope this helps someone else not to make the mistake I did.

Wouldn’t trust the company

Sent a parcel back to them which they received back over a month ago , no refund after 10 days emailed them and they said they would refund it ASAP still no refund 7 days later emailed again , again was told they would sort is ASAP still no refund emailed again and they said they can’t refund me until I tell them what I had returned , even tho they had received my return label I emailed and told them what I had returned , still no refund and now they are ignoring all my emails and customer service is never answered you just eventually get cut off , will never buy from them again , can’t be trusted and they still have my money !!
