Unsurprised to see the latest reviews are very negative.

After already being delayed by another terrible company that lied about having products in stock, I specifically contacted this "LK Performance" outfit ahead of ordering on Thursday morning to make sure I was buying something they had in stock.

Someone called Will told me they should be able to ship my alloys the same day, for next-day delivery by weekend (assuming no weather-related delivery issues), if I ordered before about 14:00. So I submitted my order and paid about 13:15 that day. My card was charged immediately.

Now on Friday a different representative, Fraser, says he can't speak for Will but they don't have them in stock at all and there was no way they were going to be here in time...

I figured even if they didn't manage to ship on Thursday, they would at least ship Friday and I would have them Monday (weather permitting), before a planned trip.

Very disappointing.

Went on your site put my car’s details in , it sold me a wheel & tyre package that stated they fit my car , then had no email nothing until I got in touch with them , they then stated they won’t fit without spending another £100 on spacers , I explained your site said these do , no mention of extra parts
So I had to buy these , I then took delivery and they never sent spigot rings so I still can’t fit them . I’ve now give up with LK PERFORMANCE there a absolute joke , no customer suppport , but there happy to take your money an then it’s a YOU , problem still trying to get the spigot rings no one’s called or emailed tried multiple contacts NOTHING
I’d stay away buy els were it’s cost me in total an extra £145 pound and there still not fitting JOKE!!!

Bought alloy wheel & tyre package as instructed on there website only to pay them get a call few days later , stating the wheels don’t fit my car , the computer doesn’t take into account the caliper and wanted another £100 pound for spacers , then took delivery of the alloys & tyres got them fitted only to find out they also need spigot rings for the centre bore so the alloys that LK PERFORMANCE instructed me to buy on there site were totally wrong . No help waited days for someone to call me back shocking alloy wheel company worst I’ve ever dealt with steer clear

Richard was excellent in quickly resolving an issue with a slight manufacturing defect on an alloy wheel. Replacement wheel was delivered within a couple of business days - would definitely recommend.

After reviewing several suppliers and reading customer feedback, I decided to place an order with LK Performance (LKP).

Following a brief live chat with a representative named Will, I placed an order totalling £980. The invoice was received within a day; however, no further communication followed for five days. I subsequently emailed the company twice, receiving a delayed response only after my second attempt, which left me questioning whether I had made the right choice.

Three days later, the four rims arrived. The labels appeared correct, so I arranged fitting with my local garage. Upon collection, a member of staff pointed out that the rims did not match: the front rims had a width of 50mm, while the rear rims were 40mm.

I contacted LKP immediately. Their response was dismissive, stating that such discrepancies “do not happen” and that I “should not have checked inside the boxes or had them fitted.” Surprised by the tone, I documented the issue with photographs of the rims and packaging and forwarded these to LKP in an effort to resolve the matter.

As a result, I had to pay £65 to have the rear rims swapped back to my original set. LKP arranged collection and replacement of the incorrect items, but their email correspondence remained blunt and accusatory, repeatedly implying the error was mine.

Unfortunately, the replacement rims were also incorrect, again measuring 40mm instead of the required 50mm to match the front set. Despite further emails and evidence provided, LKP insisted the rims were correct. They had previously agreed to reimburse me for the additional fitting appointments, yet no payment or apology has been received.

Based on my experience, I find the company’s customer service unprofessional and unhelpful. The reviews portraying LKP as a “5-star company” and “a pleasure to deal with” appear misleading, as my dealings have been marked by poor communication, dismissive responses, and repeated errors.

I required functional rims to continue commuting and supporting my family, and while the wheels are now fitted, they remain mismatched. What should have been a straightforward purchase has proven unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.

I cannot recommend LK Performance.

In reply to this review, I had actually replied on the 2nd January and had received no reply, so I have replied again today with the photographs I had previously sent.
I don't expect or want anything from LKP.

I’ve now used LK Performance to purchase wheels both for myself and for customer vehicles! (Accident Repair Centre)
Their website has a fantastic set up that can be trusted to suggest suitable wheels for various vehicles which is something that lets competitors down!
As well as using the website, I’ve also called a few times with specific queries and the team is always extremely helpful!
Would recommend!

I 100% recommend these guys I spoke to Fraser on the phone asked about purchasing some wheels and he was very helpful so I purchased the wheels whilst on the phone on Friday and they was delivered to me the very next day.

I had previously complained about the wrong nuts being sent out , they rectified this over night with it being Christmas I was surprised. I’ve since deleted my comments as you’re clearly working as hard as possible to please. Thank you

Some wheels are not in stock. Website does not make this clear and states all wheels are delivered in 4-5 days. No communication of this issue until I chased them twice. Not only is the wheel not in stock, but the manufacturer needs to drill stud patterns into the wheel. Ordered on 14th but assured by their team i'd have them before Christmas. Again, not another word until I called on 22nd. It was too late in the day but they called back the next day to say they still havent received them but would get and ship them out that same day (23rd).

I can see the tracking now, the dpd order was placed yesterday but they did not receive any goods until today. So essentially LK lied to the very last moment to string me along under threat of me cancelling the order. Furthermore LK have offered no apology, no justification for a website that lies about when goods will be received by customers, no good will gesture or attempt to make my trouble more palatable. Didn't even allow for me to arrange for the wheels to be collected from them (supposedly due to payment security).

To add insult to injury, the manufacturer where the wheels come from have no phone number or address on their website. The Lord himself may not know what im receiving. Overall terrible experience from LK, who ultimately appeared not to care less once they had my money.

If this makes any of you give these guys a wide berth, ill be glad. And, ill have done you a favour so you're welcome. All avoidable with honesty, communication and half decent customer service - all devoid of at LK Performance.

Ordered online & lk contacted me telling me the tires would rub sent me the right choices now my van looks mint & don’t rub will now be using them again bast service I’ve had 100%
