Fast and efficient - also got us a bank account
This company has a good system and delivered clockwork. We got a bank account without the need to visit the US, all included in the service.

They offer a free instant bank account. "LIE" They offer Business Address that can be used for bank accounts. "LIE" Customer service just bullshits doesn't answer your questions. I don't really care about what they charge and all that it's just the fact that they're just full of s*** They also operate under "LLC Attorney". Don't be fooled. There are legit companies that actually offer a real business address and not a registered agent address like them. I'm in the process of changing registered agents and my business address to a legit company and they threatened saying they would dissolve my LLC.

We do partner with Relay Financial to offer bank accounts to our clients. The application is instantly filed through our API. After the application, your banking is done directly through Relay. They do require your personal address because of "Know Your Customer" laws, but this information remains private and secure.
We are indeed LLCAttorney.com, and our business address service goes beyond typical registered agent offerings by including mail reception and scanning.

Price gouging
Price gouging. You guys should not charge independent subscription rates to be the registered agent for one company in different states.
Don't double dip the chip.
I read your reply, however in undoing the damage your firm did, suffering your inability to process a refund on money you refuse to return and paying again to sec state to restore myself as registered agent for my own company in the states in which I live in came into contact with a whole sales agent who offers packages to clients like you which provide unilateral services for all 52 states. So you can claim this is industry standard but in reality what your doing is infact, "double dipping" your clients and backing the bad decision with this simple template reasoning excusing the action. You lost my buisness because because of it. I followed you
i trusted your technician with the intention of depending on her wisdom.
...and i suffered for the mistake, guys.
You can't fix it,
but you can recognize.

Open a Montana LLC but was surprised with Wyoming address.
I opened a Montana LLC with your company and all of my documents have Wyoming address. I will be purchasing equipment and vehicles and do not want to get stuck with problems with registrations and taxes on the vehicles (from the state of Wyoming) because the paperwork states, “Principle Place of Business Sheridan, Wyoming”. Why do I not get a Montana address when I have a Montana LLC through your company. Every other agency that sets up a Montana LLC for a fee, uses a Montana address/Registered agent. I spent $200 to consult with your attorney prior to opening the LLC, then hundreds to set it up and this is what I get. Now your staff states I will need to book another $200 attorney consult with them (30 minutes) and talk to a tax attorney. Wow, I should have used another agency that was in Montana. Lesson Learned.
