Great website, helpful friendly people!
There is so much good information on their website, most of my questions were answered before I got started. But halfway through the process, I was confused about whether I was doing it right. I sent an email and got a fast, thorough reply. Then I found one more bit of info on their website that I needed to clarify, so I called and spoke to Johnny. He answered all my questions and made sure I knew what to do next. I finished signing up and -- voila! -- I am now the sole member of my very own LLC! All in one day!

The one thing I would like to see is a section to explain what specifics are in detail to enable us to make a more clear purchase on the packages offered. I may have gotten a better package if I understood some things better that were offered.

Merv is hands down the most helpful NO-BS salesman that I've experienced in my 20+ yrs of business. He is the rare breed of salesman that is genuinely concerned about getting prospects all the information needed to make an educated decision, is willing to "down-sell" when it's appropriate for the customer, and making sure the setup is done correctly according to your intended corporate structure to prevent potential issues down the road. Merv even stayed 1 hour after EOB (end of business) to help me finish getting set up, and when his computer died 30 min after his shift was supposed to end, Merv was "blowing my phone up like an ex" 😂😂 until he finally regained his VOIP connection so that I could hear him just to help me finish creating my account after he already got the sale. Thank you, Merv!! 🙏🙏
