I just bought the one in a million bracelets for my friend. It is lovely she is really pleased with it. Engraving. Is both sides , I’m well impressed with that . It doesn’t matter which way you put it on . I added her name and a x to it . It looks lovely. Myself a few friends absolutely love this jewellery. Lots of choice.

I have loved every piece of jewellery I have bought from them over the years but the thing I love most, is the extra touch that they provide - their attention to detail, the care in their packaging, their prompt replies to any queries I've had. Their customer service is fantastic!! Each piece of jewellery is beautifully gift wrapped and it feels like each item has been wrapped with love :-)

I was absolutely devastated when I lost one of the necklaces I had bought and tried to buy a replacement but it was no longer stocked on their website. I got in touch with them on the off chance that they may be able to make me another.......and they can!!
