Welcoming, friendly and excellent service
From the first phone call to the in store service, Monc was terrific. My husband cracked the frame on his sunglasses and we are going on holiday soon. We went into the store where the salesperson/technician named Cherry was amazing. She removed the lenses from the old frame, popped them into a new frame and moulded the new frame to fit. Yes we paid for the new frame (as would be expected) but nothing extra for the wonderful and careful service. Cherry also adjusted my Monc sunglasses as well.

Fantastic eye test experience
I had a great experience in a beautiful, chic and calm space - nothing like a regular eye test! Everything was explained so well and they were really thorough. The team were all lovely and welcoming as well and their frames are so much nicer than other brands. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff, great experience!!!
Everyone inside the store was so lovely. They made me feel so welcome and helped me out greatly with fixing a pair of antique glasses. I would recommend this team to anyone.

Loved meeting the MONC team at Monmouth…
Loved meeting the MONC team at Monmouth St. I was in town from Australia and walked away having a new prescription and beautiful new glasses winging their way to me once I arrived home. Excellent service at every point. Love the ethos of the eyewear, their creation and design. The attention to detail flowed through every element of the store too.

Really great experience, Beautifully designed store.
Really great experience, Sophie was excellent, explained the eye exam process really well . Sales assistant Lily was also really good, seamless experience in beautiful surroundings. If you care about your eyes and sustainably designed products a trip to their new Monmouth St store is a must.

Top quality store and product
This is such a beautiful, top quality store. The service is also amazing and their knowledge about all the glasses and frames and what would suit you best is impressive. The eye testing is also a really great experience which doesn't just check your prescription but your general eye health and in a lovely environment too!
