Our processor sends a request to your bank and then your bank provides us with a message back on whether they can process the charge, and if not, why. Better Dry diapersare great shippingtime not so much.
I like the quality of Better Dry diapers. The auto ship is pretty nice LL Medico seems to be a very good business. I was a bit agitated with them being out of Better Dry for longer than they said they would be, also though that they were out while moving to a better warehouse for faster shipping but it seems to be shipping from the same location and still takes a long time to get them in my area.

Easy navigation and ordering but….
Easy navigation of web site. Some products frequently out of stock. Ordering was easy. It is not fast shipping, site states 1 - 3 business days took 7 business days overall it took 9 days. To compare to when I order from chewy, I receive my orders in 1 - 2 days and the shipping is free. Yes the shipping was free from LL Medico but not fast and could leave you without having product and going to the local store. ☹️☹️

The product you ordered is only shipped from certain warehouses and we mention this on the product page for these products. Usually, these are shipped from our Philadelphia warehouse to you but since one of the products you ordered was out of stock in that warehouse, these were shipped from Nevada.
