having had major problems with my last card operator, I needed help urgently, this is where Lloyds Cardnet and especially Lorraine stepped up.
Lorraine was a massive help in the process at all stages and kept me informed throughout the process, regularly keeping in touch in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that the situation was resolved in my 4 outlets as swiftly as possible.

We now have a designated manager James, who having spent an hour discussing our facilities has sorted out all that we have been trying to for the past year or so. First rate service, thank you James
