Excellent Price, No Customer Service
The insurance was excellently priced but there appeared to be no way to discuss details of the policy with Lloyd's at any point so it was a leap of faith to trust my car to their organisation. Navigating the website caused only frustration not enlightenment. So, could do far better on communication but the policy suited my needs and was clearly outlined.

Changing my home insurance
Decided to look at my current insurer and Decided to look for a policy that would improve my cover at a reasonable cost.
I already hold several savings accounts with Lloyds and after speaking to Nicola my adviser we proceeded to formulate a more suitable form of improved cover at a more competitive rate.
