I arranged house and contents insurance with Lloyds. Didn’t read the closing info properly, expected a confirmation email. I therefore assumed I had not done it correctly so I did it all again; this time reading the final paragraph and realising my mistake! A very patient person sorted it out for me, cancelled one of my 2 policies.

Not easy to change address
I wanted to stay with Lloyds as I was moving to a new apartment.
After searching for the function to ‘move to a new address’, I gave up and terminated my original policy and then started a new policy.
Perhaps I should have looked for an alternative provider, but other than the above, I’m happy with Lloyd’s.
